Stepping Stones to Success

12-week program that helps youth overcome barriers in education and employment through a focus on life and employment skills. Program includes:

• Business and college tours
• Talks by professionals from various fields
• Upon completion of the program, participants have either found employment, made a decision to continue to seek employment opportunities, return to school to further their education, or register for an adult training program
• After the 12-weeks are completed, participants are matched with an employer for a 14-week work placement
