Service Description
Provides temporary accommodations, an initial assessment and the delivery of orientation and information needed in order to begin the resettlement process, as well as linkage to other existing programs and services.

Eligibility:
Open to registered clients of IRSA who are newly arrived refugees (within first 12 weeks of arrival)
Fees:
No fees
How to Access:
Individuals who are not registered clients can book an appointment with an Intake Worker to become clients for free * Existing clients can drop in, call or contact through website to make an appointment
