Service Description
Free dog guides and associated training for people with a physical or medical disability. Dog guides are trained to retrieve objects, open and close appliances and/or doors, and are trained to bark or activate an alert system when help is needed.

People who have a medical or physical disability and who are 10 years and older

Complete a program application form and a physician form (other specialist reports as applicable) * Available online or by mail
