Service Description

Provides free legal resources and support for individuals who experienced sexual or intimate partner violence and workplace sexual harassment. Includes:
  • Legal information
  • Access to free legal advice from a trauma-informed lawyer for up to four hours
  • Support navigating the justice system
  • Referrals to relevant community services

Note: No need to see a lawyer or police to receive the service.

Ages 16 years and older * Residents of PEI or anyone who has experienced workplace sexual harassment or sexual violence on PEI
