Service Description

Administers the Residential Property Act and assists landlords and tenants by providing information and helping with disputes. Includes:
  • Providing guidance to landlords and tenants on their legal rights and responsibilities to each other
  • Mediating landlord and tenant disputes
  • Overseeing hearings related to landlord and tenant disputes and eviction notices
  • Making rulings/issuing decisions in accordance with the Act
