Quality of Life Equipment Program

Service Description
Assists individuals in purchasing equipment specific to their MS needs and provides a grant of up to $1000 annually. Equipment includes:
- Mobility, transfer and assistive devices
- Bathroom equipment (accessibility and safety devices)
- Kitchen aids
- Computer adaptations
- Vehicle modifications
- Equipment repair
- Air conditioners

Eligibility:
Residents of Canada with a confirmed diagnosis of MS * Assessment of need by a healthcare professional
