Receives and responds to compliments and complaints from users of PEI's health care system. Submissions can be made using an online form or by phone.

Submit the online compliment/complaint form * Provide as much detail as possible, especially for complaints, about what happened and in what order, dates of events, list phone calls, letters or meetings about the issue, and explain what action you would like taken * If you are unsure who to contact or are unsatisfied with an attempt to lodge a complaint, please call Health PEI
