Service Description

Provides public safety personnel with access to structured, online mental health supports to help develop skills and knowledge to manage mental health challenges connected to the profession. The courses combine online learning modules with weekly support from a therapist by secure email or telephone.

  • PSP Wellbeing Course: Education and guidance on techniques for various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety and/or post-traumatic injuries
