Public Health - Program for Elementary Eye Care

Service Description
Helps cover the costs of annual eye exams and and up to three pairs of glasses for children in grades one-six, as needed.
Note: Children must be registered before submitting claims to Health PEI. Without proof of eligibility, families may need to pay full cost.

Eligibility:
Children enrolled in grades 1 through 6 who have a valid PEI Health Card
Note: Eligibility ends upon relocation from PEI or completion of grade 6
