Service Description

Provides safe and effective vaccines to Island children to help protect them against specific communicable diseases. Immunizations can be provided during scheduled visits to schools or by appointment.

Eligibility:
Ages 17 years and younger or until the child completes high school

How to Access:
Vaccinations can be provided through scheduled school visits OR you can make an appointment with your local Public Health Nursing Office
Documents Required:
PEI Health Card * Schools and/or Public Health may require consent forms for in-school vaccination clinics
