Service Description

Receives payments from people who have been ordered to pay financial restitution by Provincial Court as part of their sentence or who have received a fine under certain PEI laws such as:
  • Highway Traffic Act
  • Environmental Protection Act
  • Trespass Act
  • Off-Highway Vehicle Act
  • Cannabis Act
  • Liquor Control Act
Note on parking tickets: Parking tickets issued in Charlottetown must be paid at the Charlottetown City Police station and parking tickets issued in Summerside must be paid at Summerside City Hall.

Anyone who has been ordered to pay restitution by PEI Provincial Court as part of their sentence OR anyone who has been issued a fine under PEI legislation
