Service Description
Provides a virtual peer support group for individuals who experienced polio and their friends, family, health care providers and volunteers. The program helps to build a social network through connecting peers for exchanging information, resources, and new skills.
Note: Currently no group meeting is running. One-on-one support can be arranged.
