Service Description
Vessels used for personal, recreation, or daily living require a Pleasure Craft Licence, which is a document with a unique licence number that is to be attached to the boat. The number serves as identification for the vessel and allows search and rescue personnel to access important information in an emergency.
Licences must be renewed every 10 years.

All owners of pleasure crafts unless one or more of the following applies: The motor is less than 10 horsepower (7.5 kW) * Has a vessel registration * Was purchased less than 90 days previously
