Helps cover the cost of approved prescription medications for eligible families.
Information
Eligibility:
Must meet all of the following criteria:
-Eligible income families who are supporting at least one child under the age of 19 years or supporting at least one child under the age of 25 years who is a full time student
-PEI resident
-Have a valid health card
-Have filed PEI tax returns and agreed to household income verification through Canada Revenue Agency

Yes * Must be able to pay pharmacy dispensing fee for each eligible prescription

Completed application form * Valid PEI Health Card * Proof of enrollment in an educational institution for dependants under the age of 25 who are a full time student
