Service Description
Residents of PEI can register to be on the organ and tissue donor list. This means that in the event of your death, your organs and/or tissue can be used to help someone who is on the waiting list for a transplant.
Note: Individuals already on the registry can change their minds at any time and remove themselves from the list.

Eligibility:
Anyone age 16 years and older who is capable of fully understanding the nature and consequences of their donation
Note: Parents cannot provide prior consent to the organ and tissue donation of children under 16 years of age
