Peer Support - Kidney Connect Program

Service Description
Provides one-on-one peer support for Individuals with or affected by kidney disease. Participants will be paired with volunteers who have first-hand experience coping with kidney disease.
Note: Peer support volunteers do not offer medical advice

Once connected with a Peer Support Volunteer, meetings are scheduled at a mutually convenient time for the volunteer and the participant
