Service Description

PEI residents who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner can register to be assigned one.

People should contact the patient registry if they:
  • Do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner and would like to register for one
  • Have moved within the province and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner in their new area
  • Are expecting a baby and do not have a family physician or nurse practitioner
  • Are currently on the Patient Registry waitlist and your contact information has changed
  • Are on the Patient Registry and have found your own doctor

PEI residents who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner * PEI residents who have moved within the province and need a new doctor or nurse practitioner in their area * People who have moved to PEI
