Service Description
PEI residents who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner can register to be assigned one.
People should contact the patient registry if they:

- Do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner and would like to register for one
- Have moved within the province and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner in their new area
- Are expecting a baby and do not have a family physician or nurse practitioner
- Are currently on the Patient Registry waitlist and your contact information has changed
- Are on the Patient Registry and have found your own doctor
