Service Description

Self-directed four month program that helps caregivers learn to deal with common childhood behaviour problems such as temper outbursts, not listening, verbal and physical aggression, and difficulties paying attention. Includes:
  • A handbook and DVD and/or website access
  • Behaviour chart
  • Daily report card for the school
  • Weekly 45 minute phone sessions with either one-on-one coaching or group-based with other parents/caregivers dealing with similar challenges

For parents/caregivers with children ages 3-12 years

Self-refer through the online referral form or call to obtain a referral from a Community Mental Health Service in your area * Referrals also accepted from family doctors, nurse practitioners, pediatricians, and patient navigators
