Service Description

Provides support and education to newcomers about parenting in Canada. Organized parenting groups and workshops are offered to cover topics such as:
  • Current parenting concerns
  • Positive parenting skills
  • Building family relationships
  • Understanding Canadian laws
  • Overcoming challenges related to parenting in a new culture
  • Maintaining cultural values and integrity
  • Triple P

Eligibility:
Newcomers who have children or teens * Must be a registered client of IRSAPEI

How to Access:
Individuals who are not registered clients can book an appointment with an Intake Worker to become clients for free * Existing clients can drop in, call or contact through website to make an appointment
