Service Description
Provides support and education to newcomers about parenting in Canada. Organized parenting groups and workshops are offered to cover topics such as:
- Current parenting concerns
- Positive parenting skills
- Building family relationships
- Understanding Canadian laws
- Overcoming challenges related to parenting in a new culture
- Maintaining cultural values and integrity
- Triple P

Eligibility:
Newcomers who have children or teens * Must be a registered client of PEIANC
Fees:
No fees
How to Access:
People who are not registered clients can book an appointment with an Intake Worker to become clients for free * Existing clients can drop-in, call or contact through website to make an appointment
