Independently investigates complaints that haven't been resolved by Canada Post. The Ombudsman is the final appeal authority for these complaints and the investigation is done in a fair, unbiased, and confidential manner.

Canada Post must have first investigated and closed your ticket (contact Canada Post for ticket number). Complaints to the Ombudsman can be sent via online form, fax, or mail using a printable form.
