Mental Health Services - Day Treatment Program

Service Description
Assists with reintegration into the community, referrals to community supports and services for individuals whose mental health needs can be supported in the community including psychoeducation groups and life skills development (job readiness, budgeting, etc.)
Information
Eligibility:
Open to all PEI residents age 18 years and older who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of a psychiatric diagnosis that do not require hospitalization and are compliant with their medications.
Must be:
-Inactive in substance use
-Psychiatrically stable
-Must have stable housing in place before entering the program

How to Access:
Request a referral from physician, psychologist, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, occupational therapist, social worker or inpatient acute care service * Referral form is available online
