Service Description

Helps people struggling with low mood and depression to create positive changes in their lives through group sessions.

The program provides information and strategies to help with issues related to depression and helps to apply these strategies to assist in recovery from depression.

Information

Eligibility:
Adults ages 18 years and older must:
-Be ready to make positive changes in their lives and learn how to manage depression
-Be prepared to attend all group sessions
-Be willing to work on material at home
-Keep information about others in the program confidential

Call your local Community Mental Health/Community Mental Health and Addictions office or have your health care provider refer you
