Service Description
Provides six free online therapy sessions for adults with Intellectual Disability and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder experiencing mental health concerns and/or in need of behavior support.
This program is in partnership with and delivered by Your Life Design.

Eligibility:
Must:
-Have a diagnosed Intellectual Disability (ID) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-Be ages 18 years and older
-Be experiencing mental health concerns and/or need of behavior support
