Service Description
Helps to file a complaint about officers who breached the Code of Professional Conduct and Discipline. The officers include:
- A municipal police officer
- A provincial conservation officer
- A security police officer of the University of Prince Edward Island
- The Chief Officer of any of the above services
Information
Eligibility:
Ages 18 years and older who has been directly affected by the conduct of the officer * A parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 years or, who is mentally incompetent, may file a complaint
