Service Description

Anyone with concerns about the conduct of an RCMP police officer, civilian member or a supernumerary special constable can make a complaint.

No direct involvement in the incident is necessary, complaints can be made on behalf of someone else, or as a witness to an incident.

The RCMP member must have been performing their duties at the time of the conduct concern.

Open to all * If under the age of 13 years a parent/guardian must accompany the complainant when submitting the complaint
