Living with Changes in Thinking and Memory

Service Description
Provides in-person support groups for individuals living with MCI or the early stages of dementia to connect with others living a similar journey and support each other. Meetings are held in Charlottetown. Features of meetings include:
- Exchanging information and form friendships
- Accessing the most current information about dementia
- Learning and sharing practical tips for coping
- Decreasing feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Express feelings and receive support
- Finding a sense of hope
