Service Description
Provides a free 6-month subscription to the iMaster Health Virtual Pulmonary Rehab Program for individuals living with lung diseases. Programs includes:
- Structured exercise programs for all fitness levels
- Workout library for personalized movement options
- Breathing and airway clearance techniques
- Educational tools from health experts
- Nutrition guides and lung-friendly recipes
- Meditation guides
- Journaling and water tracking
- In-app community for peer support
- Direct messaging with a practitioner
- Live group exercise classes each month via Zoo
Information
Eligibility:
PEI and NS residents who have a diagnosed lung disease and are willing to participate in bi-weekly exercise classes and use the provided resources. Lund disease includes:
