Service Description

Provides free supports to injured workers or their families who have filed a claim with the Workers Compensation Board (WCB). The service is independent of the WCB. Includes:
  • Information and guidance on options for people who are not satisfied with claims decisions
  • Assistance understanding decisions and requests for internal reconsideration
  • Support for those seeking internal reconsideration
  • Representation of workers appealing to the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal

Open to injured workers or their families who have filed a claim with the Workers Compensation Board (WCB) but are not satisfied with the outcome
