Offers support and educational programs for individuals in recovery from or affected by someone's mental illness. Includes:
  • Support programs for people who have loved ones with a mental illness
  • Programs on various topics for individuals recovering from mental illness such as: Thought, feeling and behaviour management and building healthy relationships
