Service Description
Provides a recovery-oriented approach to help homeless individuals quickly find permanent affordable and independent housing in the community. Also offers additional supports and services to help individuals move toward self-sufficiency and assist those who are at imminent risk of homelessness.

Eligibility:
Adults who:
-Are currently experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness
-Require the level of support provided by the program (determined by a brief assessment)
-Are age 18 years or older

Fees:
Yes * Eligible participants are responsible for paying their own rent and damage deposit
