Service Description
Offers programs and services to support the health and well-being of Aboriginal people in PEI, including:
- Jordan's Principle: Service coordination to clients both on and off reserve
- Residential School Program: Provides resolution health supports and cultural supports to former residential school students and their families who live on reserve
- Health Promotion: Community based health promotion targeted to Nutrition and Diabetes Education for on reserve clients

Abegweit First Nation and Lennox Island First Nation members who live on-reserve * Jordan's Principle Service Coordination is available to both on and off reserve clients
