Provides health care services such as:
  • General physician services
  • Home and community care supports
  • Substance abuse counselling
  • Access to fitness and maternal health professionals
  • Child and family wellness programming
  • Health and nutrition programs, including services aimed at those with diabetes
  • Individual and group wellness programs to help with day to day life skills and help with referrals to other programs that can help
