Provides flights to connect people in palliative or critical care with their loved ones by using donated points and cash to purchase flights. Each individual situation is evaluated amd approval is not guaranteed.

Eligibility:
Family or friends of a person with a critical or terminal illness * Patients with a critical or terminal illness who want to fly home for end of life care while they're capable of travelling

How to Access:
Request a flight through online request form
Documents Required:
Confirmation of terminal or critical illness from social worker, medical care provider, or hospice care worker * Completed traveller profile from the individual in need of the flight, that outlines how the flight request aligns to the need of loved ones being together during the critical or terminal illness * All travel requirements (visa, passport) are the responsibility of the traveller
