Offers Firearms Safety Courses needed to obtain a hunting license in PEI.
Upon successful completion of the course, students may be issued one of the following licenses depending on their age:

- Age 18 years and over: Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) for non-restricted firearms
- Age 17 years and under: Minor's License; which allows the person to borrow and use non-restricted firearms
