Service Description

Financial assistance to help cover specific costs related to their ALS diagnosis, including:
  • Ongoing costs associated with having a feeding tube
  • Special dietary needs
  • Cost of transportation to certain events like medical appointments
Financial assistance for drug prescriptions, counselling and private home care is not provided.

People diagnosed with ALS that reside in PEI * Must register (for free) as an ALS Society client
