Service Description

Provides an online database that allows the public to search the corporate registry for the following types of businesses:
  • Sole proprietorship (single owner)
  • Partnership (two or more owners)
  • Corporation/Incorporated Company (has shareholders)
  • Extra-Provincial Partnerships and Corporations
  • Non-Profit (have members but do not have share capital)
  • Co-operative (organized and owned by a group seeking to satisfy common needs through shared goods or services or combined available resources)
  • Credit Unions
