Service Description

Helps individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system (or who are at risk) prepare for employment. The skills and needs of the individual are assessed and a Return to Work Action Plan is created.

Includes:
  • Human relationship skills
  • Self-management
  • Planning and goal-setting
  • Employment and job search skills
  • Building resumes and cover letters

Open to people who are at risk or currently or formerly involved with the Criminal Justice System

Referral from probation officer, social worker or self-referral
