Free services offered for low income homeowners to help insulate their homes from cold weather and help make houses more energy efficient. Includes:
- Air sealing
- Energy efficient light bulbs
- Low flow showerhead
- Programmable thermostat
- Voucher for a free furnace/boiler cleaning
- Smart power bar
Information
Eligibility:
Tenants and homeowners with household income of $50,000 or less * Must own and live in the residence or pay the total heating costs if you rent * Property must be your primary residence or a year-round rental property you reside in * Must not have received help in the last five years for a specific property
