Free services offered for eligible homeowners to help insulate their homes from cold weather and help make houses more energy efficient. Includes:
- Air sealing
- Energy efficient light bulbs
- Low flow showerhead
- Programmable thermostat
- Voucher for a free furnace/boiler cleaning
- Smart power bar
Information
Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are:
- Residents of PEI with a total household income of $50,000 or less
- Who own and live in the residence, or pay the total heating costs if renting
- Whose property is a primary residence or a year-round rental property
- Who have not received assistance from the Winter Warming Program for this property in the last five years
- Who agree to the efficiencyPEI Winter Warming Program terms and conditions
