Day Program - Functional Skills Development

Service Description
A program for adults with intellectual disabilities that is usually offered in a small group format. Participants take part in various teaching/training activities to help them develop independence in basic self-help, discrimination, motor and sensory skills, and to enhance their well-being. Includes but not limited to:
- Fine and gross motor skills
- Identification and discrimination
- Communication
- Socialization
- Behavioural needs and daily living/self-help needs (eating, toileting, etc.)
