Service Description

Provides online community for individuals with Crohn's diseases, ulcerative colitis or other forms of inflammatory bowel disease( IBD).Crohn's and Colitis Connect platform connect members of the Crohn's and Colitis Canada team and others affected by these diseases to get advice, emotional support and information. Includes:

  • Connect with experienced individuals
  • Get advice about managing symptoms, navigating treatment and caring those affected
  • Join virtual peer connect events
  • Find information from evidence-based resources

Note: These programs do not replace professional counselling or advice from one's medical specialists.

Eligibility:
Adults 18 years and older who are affected by Crohn's disease or colitis or other forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and their caregivers
