Service Description

Negative Test Results

Negative COVID-19 test results are available online within 72 hours of testing.

If test results do not appear online within 72 hours, or if you have difficulty/are unable to access test results online, email or call and leave a voicemail.

Unless otherwise instructed, individuals are required to self-isolate until their test results are confirmed to be negative. Household members do not need to self-isolate with the person awaiting the test results, however they need to practice public health measures like frequent hand washing, maintaining physical distance, and wearing a mask indoors where physical distance cannot be maintained.

Postive Test Results

The Chief Public Health Office will call individuals who test positive.

Anyone who tests positive, or has been in contact with someone who tests positive, must self-isolate and follow public health advice.
