Service Description

Counselling services include: Short-term intervention and crisis support * Assessment and referral * Family and individual counselling (including for children).

A trained social worker can offer counselling in areas such as:
  • Marriage/couple
  • Depression/anxiety disorder treatment and recovery
  • Adjustment to life transitions
  • Self-Esteem and communication skills for successful relationships
  • Childhood anxieties and attention difficulties
  • Blended families, divorce/separation, and support for children
