Service Description
Counselling services offered to all Canadian Forces families.
A trained social worker can offer counselling in areas such as:
- Marriage/couple
- Depression/anxiety disorder treatment and recovery
- Adjustment to life transitions
- Self-Esteem and communication skills for successful relationships
- Childhood anxieties and attention difficulties
- Blended families, divorce/separation, and support for children
