Complaints and Assistance

Service Description

The public can submit complaints if they feel they have been treated unfairly by Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). The Ombudsman can:
  • Answer questions about rights and benefits and services provided by VAC
  • Help navigate VAC services
  • Review and investigate complaints
  • Identify and make recommendations about issues related to the delivery of VAC and Veterans Review and Appeal Board (VRAB) services
