Service Description
Helps build a customized program to meet the specific needs of an individual who has an intellectual disability and/or dual disabilities. Staff are matched to the applicant.
Some examples of services that might be offered to individuals with an intellectual disability and their families include:
- Respite if needed by the senior parent or caregiver
- Support if needed in-home to help the client learn home safety skills, life skills, etc.
- Person needs to work on building independence from their family
