Service Description

Provides holiday hampers for older adults and families that include groceries and gifts for kids. Pick up or delivery is available.

2023 Registration: November 12th-December 12th. Hampers distributed December 23rd.

Eligibility:
Grocery hampers provided to older adults and families who identify as having a need * Hampers with gifts for kids are for households with children 16 years and younger * Must not be accessing other Christmas Hamper programs

How to Access:
Register by calling between November 12th-December 12th * No texting or Facebook messages
Documents Required:
Contact details, number of kids under 16 years, and a couple of gift ideas for the kids
