Service Description
By law, anyone who thinks a child is being abused or neglected by a parent or guardian must call Child Protection Services. Call if you think a child is/has:
- Being physically, sexually or emotionally hurt by a parent/guardian
- Been hurt and a parent/guardian did not prevent it but could have
- Living in a home where there is domestic violence
- Being neglected by their parent/guardian

Eligibility:
Anyone who thinks a child residing in PEI is being abused by a parent or guardian is required by law to contact Child Protective Services
