Service Description

Provides support for child amputees and their families. Includes:

  • Financial assistance
  • Regional seminars
  • Peer support
  • Funds for computers and assistive devices (JUMPSTART)

Information

Eligibility:
Canadian children ages 18 years and younger who were born without a limb or have lost a limb due to an accident or medical causes
Fees:
No fees
