Service Description

Allows eligible individuals who continue to work while receiving a CPP retirement pension to participate in the CPP. CPP contributions will go toward post-retirement benefits, and can increase retirement income.

Information

Eligibility:
-Individuals ages 60-70 years who are working and contributing to the CPP and/or receiving a retirement pension from the CPP or the Quebec Pension Plan (QPP)
-Both employee and employer have to make CPP contributions. If an individual is self-employed, they have to pay both the employee and the employer portions of the CPP contributions.

No application is required to receive the PRB * Eligible individuals will be paid automatically, unless additional information is needed
