Service Description

Provides monthly disability benefits to people who have made enough contributions to the CPP and who are disabled and cannot work at any job on a regular basis.

Eligibility:
Must have a have a "severe" and "prolonged" mental or physical medical condition that prevents the individual from working regularly at any job * Be 65 years and younger * Meet CPP requirements

Complete the application in writing and send it by mail or apply online * Apply as soon as you develop a severe and prolonged or terminal medical condition that prevents you from working regularly at any job.
