Service Description
Provides a virtual Indigenous wellness program designed to equip youth with essential tools, skills, and resources to enhance their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. The program is accessible via phone or video call and can be tailored to meet individual or community-specific needs. Includes:
- A pre-session video featuring a trusted Indigenous influencer
- A virtual conversation led by a Kids Help Phone Indigenous Wellness Specialist
- A package with a step-by-step booklet, activities, resource materials, and promotional gifts
Note: The conversation session is not a counselling session, but support is available 24/7 through Kids Help Phone.
